Susan M. Vener, Ph.D., S.A.S.
Director/Principal

Sue is the Director and Principal of the New York Child Learning Institute.  She received her doctorate in learning and behavior analysis at the Graduate School and University Center of the City University of New York.  She is certified by the State of New York in school administration and supervision.  Her interests include autism intervention, staff training and development, and systems implementation and analysis.
 


Dr. Alison Wichnick-Gillis, Ph.D., BCBA-D
Behavior Consultant & Research Coordinator
Alison received her doctoral degrees from the Graduate Center at the City University of New York (CUNY). She has been providing behavioral intervention to individuals with autism for nearly 12 years. Her research and publications address areas such as scripts and script fading, social interactions, and affective behavior.


Emily L. Llobell, MA. Ed.M.
Behavior Consultant

Emily received her Master of Arts degree and Master of Education degree in Psychological Counseling from Columbia University in 2011. Emily has been delivering behavioral intervention to individuals with autism for over 5 years. Her professional interests include parent training and the use of incidental teaching strategies. Emily is currently pursuing BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.


Kaitlyn E. McKeon, MS.Ed.
Consultant and IEP Coordinator

Kaitlyn received her Master’s degree in Early Childhood Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Queens College in 2013. Kaitlyn has 7 years of experience in providing intervention to students with autism. Her professional interests include peer interactions and community programming. Kaitlyn currently serves as the institute’s IEP Coordinator.


Katie C. Wilson, B.S.

Behavior Consultant

Katie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Northeastern University in 2012 and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Queens College. She has been providing intervention in both home and school settings since 2010. She continues to take part in research conducted at NYCLI.
